Woodwind Estate: Raubex

Woodwind Estate sold me a unit with a faulty geyser. This has been raised with them countless times. After more than a year, I am still faced with this huge challenge. I am disturbed every time the below unit uses water. Both geysers are on my ceiling and this has and still causes noise, in my unit. So much that, I have to get up each time they use water, regardless of the time of the day. I need them to remove the geyser, for the below unit, from my ceiling and put it on the roof, like you have done with the other, normal units.
