Improperly built houses at Lufhereng ext 6

We are a group of house owners having concerns with the house builders which was approved by City of Johannesburg as well as National Housing Builders Registrations Council (NBBRC) at Lufhereng ext 6 and we have been engaging them and we not going anywhere and we decided to bring this to your attention so that you think twice before signing up with this Developer

1. There are 10 houses which are at the outline and not able to park even a car on both side of their houses for now we have not built a wall and we can squeeze a car on only one side of the house.

2. We have a Berm which has to be removed and the Developers (NDLU Housing Reg:***) are not willing to do anything on it and this is causing problem as it is not safe, we cannot build a wall due to no space between the end of the yard and the berm and it will be better if we access our yard by driving from the backyard since the front has no space for a car to park.

3. The same Berm will also be a disadvantage when heavy rains comes since the houses where built in the lowest point/deep area where all waters will flow to the back/outline houses and get blocked by the Berm and we will drown/house will eventually flooded on heavy rains.

Is it possible for a house owner who is paying full bond price not to have a space to park his/her own car inside the yard?
