House with severe cracks and pop

Hi, I bought a house in Riverside View in 2016, and moved in Dec 2016. The house had cracks then Reubex came and painted them in 2017. In 2018 and 2019 those cracks were severe, and there were pops and I went to report them. They came and took of the pops and then painted inside and outside. Now all those cracks and pops are coming out worse than before. Most of the pops are coming out in the same area where they fixed. I went to report this last year before year end, and they only sent a person to come and check and nothing still it is now more than 8 months.

I need an advise on what should I do from here.
