Avoiding to replace damaged items during rehabilitation

I bought a house at Clayville ext.45 constructed by Raubex group under Value Max/ African Breeze. Raubex group claims to be leading in the Infrastructure development and Construction ,what they are doing at Clayville extension 45 is very bad and reflects the way in which they are so *********** ,unprofessional and offers a very horrible service and my house has been under the rehabilitation process where I have a query that has been going on dated back in year 2017 it has been a mission to get them to demolish the house and build it again ,so now they are insisting on putting back the items that they have damaged back to the house such woods for wardrobes ,kitchen units and the geyser that does not belong to me ,carport with the damaged roof (corrugated iron that has so many holes dues to nails used in different spots previously ),is just to mention a few of the problems. It is very annoying that a company that is listed on the JSE is offering this kind of service ,it is a nightmare to own a house situated at Clayville Ext.45.All the materials that are used to build this houses are very poor ,the management is very poor and does not do their job
