I bought a land - they requested for deposit to secure the land I paid the deposit, I then paid the deposit- a Letter of Good Standing and an authorization letter from the Municipality stating they authorized to sell the land. After 30 days of Keeping my money, they got back to me telling me the land has been sold, be careful when doing business with them they not legit as they don't have everything all documents before selling any property.
