Ratanga *****

<p>Went to ratanga in April for my birthday and payed with my debit card. Machine said declined and I had to pay cash for 3 people. The cashier said this often happen but the money will bounce back in a hour. Ratanga staff sent me to my bank(standard bank) sent me to ratanga. Nobody us taking responsibility for my loss of R600. Standard bank dont know where the money is and neither does ratanga. Administration people said the money will be paid back by ratanga but not a word..</p>
