Disgusted

Hi<br> I came to the park on Sunday the 3/1/2016 which I was well excited with friends and family that was joining only to be told the electricity was off. We then waited over 2 hours which we were seated by the guest services as we already had tickets ordered. Once they got confirmation that the park will be closed for the day we got rushed out of the area and gates. Waiting in a long queue and not being sympathetic or showing any signs to say sorry about the inconvenience as we prepared to spend the day there so now we have to put another day aside to stand in the queue and spend the day there really bad service
