Bad Attitude

I received a email from Rantanga junction stating that I am entitled to claim my free birthday ticket and when I got there this morning their refuse to give it and said that I may only collected after my birthday why don't they state it on the email that we collected after the birthdays and what If that person is out of the contry according to the email it stated that we can claim our free birthday ticket from any date from the 7 March 2016 until the 2 May 2016
