Delivered Wrong Product Poor Workmanship Bad Comms

Terrible Service, Workmanship, Attitude.<br> We ordered pallet furniture items from this company. <br> They advertise a 4 unit 2 seater couch set on their website. On the website it looks great. We expected to have a couches delivered looking the same as the picture we see on the website. This was NOT so. They have delivered couches that are not the same dimensions, not the same cushions and not the same design. All of their workmanship is very poor quality and not what is advertised the website. There are *****s sticking out of the couches. The table has no have a cross beam / support holding the legs still. It is going to collapse soon. The chairs are wobbly and going to fall apart. The TV unit got delivered with the backboard half *****n on and flapping loose. I had to point out at least 15 problems as they got delivered off the trailer. *****s loose, terrible whitewash paint job, late delivery, terrible comms. Their communication is shocking! It took months to get the furniture when they said it would take only 3 weeks. We asked for a refund for this but have not heard back from them since. They dont reply to e-mails, sms's or whatsapp messages. They have been reported to CPA. ******!
