A totally different product to what we ordered

We ordered the lounge furniture featured on their website - 4 two seater couches and a coffee table. The stuff we received looks nothing like what we ordered!!!! It is COMPLETELY different! They refuse to take the stuff back or refund our money. We are completely shocked! Not only is the stuff we got totally different to what we ordered, it was also late by three weeks (during which time we couldn't get hold of them) but the quality is so poor that we have had to take it out of our house for fear of injuring our children! The wood is unsanded, broken and spiky! It's the worst ******* in the entire universe! NEVER EVER order from them, they are ******!
