Bad Service and time wasting

This company has a bad service been doing a self inspection for the past 3 days, they keep on saying the document I submitted is incorrect where else it is correct. I have been taking a clear picture of the roadworthy Certificate disc more than 10 times if not 20. I even emailed them they still send the same email. It shows that the email is automated. Now my business is stuck for 4 days. 😢 Very bad service in fact this is a **** because I paid for the service.
