The nursing staff's demeanor was often unprofessional and inconsiderate, demonstrating a distressing lack of empathy towards patients. The accounts department's inefficiency and dishonest staff have resulted in a prolonged delay in refunding me, despite numerous assurances of prompt action. The persistent failure with the refund is extremely disturbing and concerning. I strongly advise to exercise caution and consider alternative healthcare options due to the hospital's evident shortcomings in patient care and administrative management.
