No respect to human kind

I will Wright to this page until they take me serious , be warned ⚠️ about this hospital I thought it was a mannered hospital with best service until a year later I've been contacted by the lady from quick debts saying I owe the hospital and my account was handed over to them. They put me to this debt collectors without first following the procedure of informing me that medical aid did not pay the full amount there's an outstanding balance that I need to pay, the hospital have my details and email to arrange payment with me which they failed to do that. Their so unprofessional disrespectful to human kind messing up my credit score with this ridiculous ******* request that I get . They just dropped this boom 💥 on me I called the hospital account department asking for explanation which I did not receive , I ask them to get me some that can explain what happened no one called me because they don't care cause it's not they reputation that is getting ruined 🤔 I'm so disappointed
