death of my mother caused by the doctors

My mother was admitted to the hospital on the 3rd of Aug, on the 13th of Aug she died on the operating table, this was after been told many times, that she is doing better and will be going home. the doctors didnt even give us a reason for her death. No one seems to know what they are doing there. this hospital needs to be closed down
