Accounts department at Raslouw Private Hospital not efficient.

Medical care at Raslouw Private Hospital is excellent, but their Accounts Department is not so great. They are quick to refuse admission of a private patient if you don't pay a ridiculous deposit, but if you have overpaid them and they owe you a refund, it takes weeks. First they have lost the forms we have submitted and then, if you don't follow up yourself, you just don't hear from them. Been 6 weeks and we are still waiting for the refund!
