Handed Me Over Without Reason or Communication

The School has handed my over for collection of so called debt. <br> <br> Even though I gave 3 months notice, Feb, March and April, they are still claiming fees for May, on top of this, my daughter didn't even attend their school for the period of May 2014.<br> <br> Since taking my daughter out of the school, no further contact has been made to myself from the said school.<br> No phone call, no e-mail whatsoever. As far as am concerned I gave them fair notice, but now they have the cheek of claiming that I still owe them monies, which I don't. <br> <br> What gives them the right to hand people over for collection, when they have made no attempt to contact me directly either via phone or e-mail. Then the collection company has the audacity to state that they would blacklist me if I don't immediately pay the money into their account within 20 odd days.<br> <br> This is plain ******ion on behalf of the school and Letterland Tshwane collection company .<br> <br> Regards<br> Gordon
