A disgrace in accommodation standard Raphael Suites 207

By far the worst experience in accommodation standard and customer experience ever - advertised as 5 star but more like 3 star and when complaining the owners simply turned their backs - some examples - curtains coming off rails, no amenities tea or coffee when arriving late at night, no parking instructions and access card, wicker furniture falling apart on balcony, lampshade broken and nearly cut open husbands head when getting up off couch and to top it all having to eat breakfast with plastic cutlery - cost us more than staying at a private game Lodge - total ******* and disturbed by the reaction of the owners - please never put yourself through this ********** experience- for photo evidence please email me on **********
