Owner is Terrible

Appauled by the owner of the company, trust me just chat to the owner one time and have a little issue with something, you will see what I mean, it escalates very quickly with this guy, wish I spoke to him right at the beginning. I've spent around R150k with this company. When after a call out for a minor issue, was over billed, they did a major service on the Aircon when it had just been serviced the month before and I queried the amount, he was extremely rude started shouting at me over the phone, I told him fine I'll pay the amount, but I'd be using another company in future. A month later an airconditioner they installed still under warrantee broke, called them to ask them to please honour the workmanship warrantee, I got told what I could do with my self. I put the phone down only to be called back and insulted and told who do I think I am? Actually threatened to come round to my place to fight me! Also over the time I used them, things that should have been covered by warrantee never were, there would always be an excuse or a reason and there was never any questioning allowed, just pay. So sad I spent all this money with this company.
