No Delivery of the House purchased

On the 11th of May 2017 we have paid R140K to Bongiwe Katikati who works at Raseroka & Associates in Cape Town Office, for the purchase of the House in Delf. We have battled to get the house as it was sold to two people at the same time one of them was us. We then asked them to refund us as they could not deliver the house. We were offered a second house which was also belonging to 2 owners with different title deeds. We then asked them again to refund us the money as we no longer wants to deal with these people and they no longer answer our calls. we have tried all avenues to engage with Mr S Mtati who was in the fore front of this deal and he is no where to be found. All we want is to get back our money from these people as they have failed us. It is now full 4 months with no answers as when are we going to get the money back.
