Hi like to complain about this law firm they are ********** and think that they are only people who knows of the the ins & out of the law, thinking they can manipulate deceased files and gain from them financially. I visited them last year around September just to go complain about a file that I'm contesting on, which I believe has been **********ly submitted at the Master of High Court in Johannesburg (I have proof).These ********** along with the people at the Master they rigged my late fathers' file by submitting false information in without doing proper investigation. This is where I come in when visiting them about the file they told me they don't recognise such a file Ishowed them my proof that has their company stamp and acted surprised saying that they were not responsible for that file I asked how so they were stuttering trying to push me into a corner ,since they didn't have the same file they told me if I want to be helped I need to hand them the copies that I have so that can make their own copies, I refused because I could sense that they can see that they are in trouble, hence I refused about the copies . I arranged an appointment with them till today to meet with the owner of the firm since last year to date nothing and they are the ones that initiated that I make an appointment with firm in order to meet with their boss till today nothing. So if there's anyone who can relate to this please help as I'm am stuck but I know I have a case against these people, as I did go and seek for legal advise and they told me that I have a case against them, they didn't include my name as a beneficiary in my father's estate as I deserve to be, some documents are missing , the file is incomplete forms like the liquidation and distribution account file is not included, immovable and movable file all lies the values of the assets are lies how can movable assets be only R6000 only as my father worked so hard for many years for a big company he had cars and other valuable stuff in his name. I don't even know till today how much was shared in in his pension money we only got what we got but how it was distributed I don't know but some people know the truth.....
