This company is acting in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act by advertising items they do not have in stock, not refunding customers' payments for many months, and not paying interest on those refunds when they do eventually pay them, if they pay them. Basically, they are acting like a bank: you deposit money with them, they earn interest on that money, and a very long time later they refund your deposit. A clever way for them to earn a lot of money without actually providing any goods or services.
