Worst online shopping experience ever

I have ordered an item from Raru and one of the blu-ray discs were ****** out of the package when I have received it. I have returned the item the next day after receiving it and they delayed it with weeks to confirm receipt. I had to engage with the courier company providing proof of collection. Months have passed, and I am still waiting for my refund. The communication I have received was that they have a huge backlog to process which explains a lot about their service.
