Worst online shop ever!

Worst online shop ever. Huge *******. I ordered ink for my printer from them in November. Tried the ink on and it was printing poorly. Examined the ink and it turns out it was expired. Put a return through and 1 month later they send the courier guys. They courier slip didn't state which company they're collecting for or anything as a result they took the incorrect parcel as I was waiting for another return as well. They tell me I have to pay R180 to get my stuff as its part of their policy. This is ****************. First they send me things that are expired then they can't even do a return properly which resulted in me having to pay. Please guys don't buy from them.
