WORST ONLINE RETAILER EVER SHOPPED AT

I am so glad I have only recently decided to use Raru. If I had used them before pretty much any other online store I never would have bought online again. They have the worst customer service I have ever known, plus my order took 6 weeks (advertised to be 4-7 days) and couldnt even fulfil the whole order, then when I wanted refund of the items they suddenly cant get (but still on site) it has now been a further 3 weeks of almost DAILY emails. Added to the fact you cannot even phone them. It started as promises that it will happen and now they simply say it is done on their end. I have already said I would be happy to share all my bank statements proving I havent gotten refund.
