WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I ordered a few items on 16 October 2021, they were due to arrive 3 December 2021. Today is 11 January 2022 and I still do not have my items nor an answer - that is almost 3 months from the order date. When asking where my item was in December when it had clearly not been sent, Terry from customer service proceeded to notify me that my entire shipment (5 decently sized boxes) was logged in on the manifest but missing from the logistic companies warehouse and I would need to wait for a new shipment to arrive in the first week of January 2022. I asked him if it was on its way and when I could expect the goods on the 28th of December and he said he would get back to me the next day..... well I am still to hear back and all my attempts at calling 2 numbers I have for RARU and emailing them has been unsuccessful, they have blatantly ignored me and the first week of January has come and gone and I am STILL sitting with no items and no answers. I will be taking this to further authorities if I do not hear and get this sorted out with RARU by end of day. The lack of communication and transparency is DISGUSTING!!!

Edit: As I am typing this I received a reply from Terry. Once again there is a long story about issues arising with the second shipment getting here. I have requested a refund to be actioned ASAP as it cannot go on like this.

I will update here on the service I receive onward to get the refund sorted.
