WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE - DONT USE RARU

Worst online experience EVER!!!! Ordered a book 2 months ago and still have not received it. The only thing more appalling than their customer service is their terrible communication skills - you have to constantly request feedback on matters. I have now requested for a refund and it looks like that's going to take another year.
