When a customer has to beg for customer service??

There is a common thread among these reviews. I ordered 2 NVME drives from them beginning of June. I had no feedback or communication 3 weeks after the said delivery date. Honestly, I would not have even mind the delay had they just communicated but its disgusting how poor their service is. I requested a refund and sitting on now 30 day working days and still no refund. Avoid this retailer at all costs, its not worth it. You are better off finding items at GeeWhiz, Koodoo, Takealot, etc.
