Went the extra mile

Only one of my items were delayed. All the rest were already at their warehouse. Contacted them 3 days before lockdown to ask if they could possibly ship what they have already. Didn't expect much. Got my items day after. Last item to arrive after lockdown. Super smooth customer service experience.
