You don't get the codes instantly, you don't get replies to contact us mails from the stie, your don't get replies to mails you send directly, heck you don't even get the phone answered on the number they provide.

I understand we are under lockdown conditions at the moment and things might be slower but customer service is absolutely non existent in this supplier anymore.

After this last experience I would definitely not recommend Raru!
