WARNING: Raru's time estimations are about two weeks off

I ordered two items and paid on the 29th of March as a gift for a friend in the first week of May. Both had the estimated time of 15-20 working days, so I figured it was more than enough time. Received one item on May 14th and the other on May 31st. The last parcel's status was "ready to pack" for a week and was only dispatched when I threatened to send the items back and be refunded. I thought this was perhaps a one time issue. However I made the mistake of ordering another item and the item is two weeks over the estimated time again.

Raru should really think about changing the time estimations on their products as most people use that when buying gifts.
