WAITING FOR REFUND SINCE 6 JULY 2022

I bought an item from Raru in April expecting to receive it in May. By July it still wasn’t available so I canceled the order and requested a refund. I still have not received my refund which I requested on July 6, they say it takes 15 working days to process it but it is now 20 working days and nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE ******** SITE.
