Very well packaged order and good Communication.

<p>I recently placed 2 order with Raru (RCO-3VW-Z9E & RCO-VJ4-9HV) and mentioned that it would be fine to combine them into one package to makes things easier as there were 15 items in total. I was a bit worried at first that things may get squashed in a single box but I have to say I was very pleased when I opened the package. Each and every item was individually packaged and sealed in bubble wrap along with other cushioning to prevent them from moving or being damaged.</p> <p> </p> <p>I must commend Raru on such attention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure that each item reached its destination in good order. I also received a call from their customer service regarding an item from my order which needed clarification. This is much better than some automated email. Thanks guys and keep it up!</p>
