Very slow delivery

<p>I usually have awesome service from you guys, but this is disappointing.</p> <p> </p> <p>My parcel was shipped two days ago and still no movement on the tracking from Cape Town and tried contacting the courier company in Durban and your call centre and no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please tell me what has happened to the parcel as I use these items for my job and speed is important?</p> <p>Order: RCO-9YS-JQZ</p>
