Very efficient service and delivery

I recently made a purchase from Raru for a Sennheiser headset. This was done on wednesday morning. I was a bit concerned about delivery as this was a long weekend and I wasn't sure if I would have to wait till after new years to receive the item. However, I was surprised to see that they had shipped the item that same afternoon and the courier had it by 10:30 the next morning. To my amazement, I received the package just an hour or two later. I have to commend Raru on their excellent service! Even though this is a quiet period, it is still commendable as online retailers like Takealot still take 3 to 5 days for delivery (To Durban). I placed both orders at pretty much the same time and while I received my Raru package today morning (Thursday), I will probably need to wait till next week tuesday for the takealot one to arrive. And these are all in stock items. Keep up the great work Raru Team!
