Unhappy customer Returns Request RCR-TE6-NLC

Returns Request RCR-TE6-NLC Been a customer for year's I always placed orders now when I return a item for not working I'm told it works by them yet by me it would say unknown disk after .y outstanding orders get delivered I don't think I'd do business with this company again this is really unacceptable now I must sit with a item that's not working
