Two months and counting still waiting for my order

NEVER use Raru unless you don't have a problem waiting for months on your order. I made a purchase on the 16 May 2022 and I was told estimated shipping date was 28 Jun 2022 and I was fine with that. The date came and when I tracked my order on the 29 Jun 2022 they had extent the waiting period for another month. I emailed them and I was told my order is due with their next overseas import shipment. The estimated arrival date will be later in July. So, I had to wait another month. Then came end July and there was still no delivery. I emailed them to ask when I will receive my order and I was told "The dates are our best estimates which can be affected for a wide range of different factors outside of our control". But they never even send me an email to update me on my order until I emailed them first. No communication what so ever. This is one of the worst customer service. They cannot keep their promise. Why do you sell stuff that you know you don't have in stock or you will struggle to find. It just not make sense. They are not reliable. Stay away from them.
