Took Money, failed to supply, wont supply feedback as to where my refund is.

Took my money, sat on it for a week. When delivery day came I had to call them and check why nothing had shipped. Was told that 1 item was not in yet and wait until next day. Next day came still not shipped, called again. Told supplier was out of stock. What were they doing for a week?? Canceled entire order, told I would have to wait for a refund 14 working days because there are a lot of refunds..( now I know why). Have sent 3 emails past the due date but no one answers me about my refund.
