This company stole from me and I don't know how to get my money back.

I am warning people to stay away from this South African company. I planned on supporting a local business in March by ordering from them. They were delayed on shipping for months and when I questioned it, they blamed Brexit. Not even the traditional Covid, they blamed BREXIT! Finally in May, I canceled my order and requested a refund. But that was 23 *business* days ago. Their repayment policy is up to 15 business days and when I ask where's my money, they still can't give me straight answers. It's either delays or they don't know when it will be paid. I want to report this company for theft because that's clear as day. They refuse to pay my money.
