they have really bad service

I order a game on the 31 July 2022,

I've been waiting two months for the game and now on the date when it was supposed to be delivered, they tell me it is out of stock. This is bulls***t

And know I have to wait 30 days to get my money back, it l my money (that is unacceptable). I know of people that have been waiting for more than 6 months for a refund. You give clients 2-3 days to pay for their order before it is canceled, so way can't I not get my money back in 2-3 days.
