The worse shopping experience and customer service, EVER!

I've been waiting 4 weeks now for a TV I've order that was suppose to ship within 3-5 working days, and still I haven't received my order!

They don't even bother sending you a courtesy email keeping you up to date, even if the update is yet another delay or lame excuse. Nothing!

All i can say is, avoid shopping with Raru at all cost!
