TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Terrible refund systems. Its been 23 working days and still nothing, the response was that it takes up 15 working days and they just dont care. They have absolutely NO control over their imported items. So if an item that is hard to find is available to order on raru, do not waste your time. A TERRIBLE retailer. I repeat do not buy from them. Even items that are in stock, the moment I ordered it it says out of stock and I now have to wait 35 working days. Well 4 months have passed and still nothing. I cancelled the order and still no refund. Absolute ****
