TERRIBLE SERVICE / TERRIBLE DELIVERY TIMES

Absolutely terrible service! I place my orders and always pay on time, get a delivery schedule however Raru has never stuck to a delivery time. NOT ONCE!!

Absolutely disappointed as two years in a row they could not deliver before a birthday date and the purchase was made weeks in advanced. Pathetic.
