Terrible Service

Order:RCO PNQ TFZ 2 July they advise me the order is out of stock, and they don't know when they will get more. I was advised I could have a refund. I supp**** the necessary details. Since then I keep being told they are busy, I'm in the queue, they have lots of refunds to do etc etc. So may excuses, so many "Im sorry please understand"! NO, I dont understand. ONE month I'm still waiting for a refund is ridiculous! I'm I being refunded, or is this a ****!?!
