Terrible Service

I cancelled an online order two days after ordering via and was told no problem as the item hadn't even been packed yet. I was then told to wait 30 days for the refund. It is now almost 60 days and they still have not refunded me and keep saying they will find out about my refund but don't give any feedback afterwards.
