Terrible service

My girlfriend ordered episodes season 5 on DVD on the 13th December 2020 its now the 25th February 2021 and I still have not received it im actually livered with the lack of communication and the absolutely shocking service. If a website want it all can get something from USA within 12 days of a music band website than why can't raru get a simple DVD. Absolutely unbelievably shocking. I have also sent numerous emails and I get told the same thing. Than they asked in the last email if I wanted the item to be sent on the next shipment.
