Terrible service

Ordered Rare funko pops . today I recieve a mail saying they made a mistake and cant order them any more. I will be credited the amount back to buy other things. I emailed to say I want the funds retured to my bank account and not Raru credit. I called to say the same and was told I have to email saying that and it will take a minimun of 15 Days once the email is read. Could buy from another website only 2 of the Funkos are availble . will never be avalible again. Raru *****ed me.
