Terrible experience with Raru. AVOID

I had a horrible experience with this business. Rather purchase your goods on Amazon. It will likely be cheaper and you'll have less hassle. They advertise on the basis that they have stock of a product when they don't. They also advertise that they have a 3 to 5 day business day delivery, with day 5 being termed their "longest shipping period". After not hearing from them on day 7 and following up they confirmed that delivery would only likely happen the following week. This is in line with the expected import time (but this was something I confirmed separately).
