Terrible customer satisfaction experience

I am completely shocked by the online retailers complete lack of customer service and how they handle customer issues.

I was sent an extremely sarcastic email from one of their staff members telling me that if I wanted to in fact cancel my order I was free to do so, they did not even try to assist and explain and try to prevent me from cancelling.
