Terrible

Worst e-commerce site I have ever dealt with. They advertise books they are unable to get. As a customer you then have to pay the full price of the books, they sit with your money for months, and then refuse to refund your money, blaming lockdown as a reason why they cant refund your money. But during the same lockdown, they send out marketing emails. 2 months after supplying my banking details I still havent received my refund. I have also lodged a complaint with the consumer ombud, and my next step is going to be a case of theft with the SAPS. Stay away from these people as far as possible, rather deal with a trusted supplier.
