Taking forever to process a refund! Don't buy from them

I made a purchase to the value of R1,490. They did not have stock of the items after allowing me to make the purchase. They have failed to process a refund. And it is now over a month since they informed me that I've been added to the queue for processing a refund. Every time I send an email asking for feedback, the response is basically a generic "You're still in the queue.". How long is this queue? how slow is it to process a refund?
